We make use a unique powder natural sorbent to carry out remediation activities on contaminated land. The Sorbent is not harmful to the environment, no depletion of natural resources, the best granular natural absorbent product available, superior performance and biodegradable, the lower cost solution for more efficient cleanup of land, water or hard surface spills and for restoring contaminated sites, neutral pH and enhances bio-remediation of hydrocarbons. Our core remediation and cleanup services are stated as follows;
1) Land cleanup which comprises the use of;
- Natural Sorbent – Environmentally friendly and alternative for any synthetic oil absorbent product used for remediating contaminated land.
- Deep Soil Remediation – This technique provide extensive soil aeration with deep soil blender to till and homogenize the impacted soil up to seven meters depth for easy oxygen circulation to encourage and support microbial growth. Inhancers are introduced to the tilled soil with the aid of deep soil blender to the desired depth.
- Thermal Remediation – We use unique soil remediation techniques for cleanup of soil and groundwater from a wide variety of contaminants including various hydrocarbons, SVOCs, CVOCs, PCB, Coal tar and many others. In-situ Thermal Desorption (ISTD) technique makes possible to clean soil from various contaminants to depth up to 50m in different hydro-geologic settings (above and below the water table, in sandy and clayey soil and in fractured rock).
2) Water cleanup – Oil spill containment is the first and the one of the most essential operation of removing spilled oil from water. Containment booms serving as mechanical barriers to oil floating on water or spilled on ground, is the most frequently used equipment for spill containment. With our several range of unique sorbent products (booms, socks, pads, loose sorbent, skimmers) they are designed for oil recovery on water and solid surface in practically any oil spill cleanup operations. Bio-surfactant (surface washing agent) is applied to oily structures or plants to release the oil from the surface. During low tide, the oil is sprayed with our bio-surfactant, which is then left to soak as long as possible. It is then washed off with a low pressure water stream. Bio-surfactant is not toxic and is very effective in mobilizing oil for easy retrieval. Sorbent maybe used to remove the released oil especially at the fringe of the oiled swamp.
